You can request to have your MoneyGram withdrawal deposited directly into your bank account. Find here the list of countries and banks where this is available.
Follow the next steps:
- Open your Decaf Wallet app and click “Withdraw” and follow the MoneyGram withdraw option.
- In the ID section, select "government-issued identification" that should also be linked to your bank account.
- You will be assigned a reference number from Decaf Wallet.
- Contact your bank's international commerce department.
- Inform the agent that you have an international wire transfer with MoneyGram and provide the reference number from Decaf Wallet. Ask them to deposit it into your bank account.
- You should receive the funds in your bank account within an hour after confirmation.
