Making your first transfer from your bank to Decaf is very easy. Follow these steps and start enjoying our services:

How to Link Your U.S. Bank Account to Decaf 🔗

This step is optional and only applies if your bank requires it for transfers.

Step 1: Add Your Decaf Account as a Beneficiary

Enter your Decaf Personal account details (account and routing number) as a beneficiary in your bank. Note that the Shared account is not compatible with verification micro-deposits.

Step 2: Receive the Micro-Deposits

Your bank will send two small deposits to your Decaf account, which may take up to five business days to appear. We will notify you by email once the deposits are received (currently you cannot view them directly in the app).

Step 3: Verify the Micro-Deposits

Once you receive the deposits, enter the exact amounts into your bank portal to complete the account linking process.

How to Transfer USD to Decaf 💵

Once the linking process is complete, you can send USD to your Decaf account. The payment will take 1 to 3 business days to process:

1. Choose the Transaction Type: Decaf accepts domestic ACH or Wire transfers.
2. Enter the Amount: Decide how much money you want to transfer to your Decaf account.
3. Complete the Payment
