Receiving money from friends, family, or clients is simple with Decaf. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to receive your first transfer:

🏦 Step 1: Share Your Banking Details

Share your Decaf bank account details with the person or company sending you money. If you’re receiving funds into your Shared account, make sure to provide the Deposit Message for that account so the sender includes it in the transfer. This is a regular bank transfer, so nothing special needs to be done.

💰 Step 2: Receive the Funds in Your Balance

Once the deposit is made, it will appear as USDC in your Decaf app within 1 to 3 business days. Don’t worry if it takes a bit longer; your money is safe with us.

Accepted Payment Methods

Keep in mind that Decaf only accepts ACH and Wire transfers within the United States.

💵 How Do I Get My Account Details to Receive Transfers?

  1. Open the App: Go to the Decaf app and open the home screen.
  2. Click on 'Deposit': Select the “USD Bank Transfer” option.
  3. Get Your Account Details: Complete the verification process, and once approved, you can access your account details.
